Tougher Staubfresser.
Echte Straßen, echte Kerle – echte Autos. Nach den legendären Rallye-Erfolgen des Ur-Mini in den 60er Jahren hat sich MINI entschlossen, wieder in die Rallye-Weltmeisterschaft einzutreten. Mit einem ersten Test-Aufgebot in der diesjährigen FIA World Rallye Championship #WRC nimmt der MINI John Cooper Works WRC an sechs Rennen teil. Die bisherigen Fahrten hat man mit respektablen Ergebnissen beendet. Nächste Saison bestreitet der ‘kleine’ Rote eine ganze Saison.
Auf der IAA kann man den WRC MINI übrigens nicht nur sehen und anfassen – Platz nehmen ist ebenso erlaubt. Aber Vorsicht: Er ist dreckig – ausgestattet mit dem Staub des Erfolgs ;)
Worlds Toughest Dust Catcher.
Real roads, real cars: After the legendary rally successes of the 60s this year MINI is starring the dust again. At the FIA World Rally Championship #WRC events in 2011, the MINI John Cooper Works WRC is facing up to the toughest challenges in motorsport.
At the IAA you can not only see the rough MINI beast – feel free to take a seat! But be carefull: It’s dirty – equipped with the dust of success ;)

Joyful recognition can be experienced by MINI drivers and enthusiasts at the IAA in Frankfurt this year. Recognition because they will be able to see something in 2011 they had previously seen in 2009, and it will a joyful occasion because the concept of two years ago has now become a series production car.
We are talking about the MINI Coupé, of course. The newest member of the MINI family celebrates its debut in hall 11, at the exact same location its concept “father” was presented two years earlier.
The motto of the MINI is maximum driving pleasure with the legendary go-cart feeling.
Visually the MINI coupé is very appealing. IAA visitors can use the opportunity to look at the MINI and try out the car’s interior before it becomes available at dealerships …
Wieder.Sehen!
Wiedererkennung mit Freudegefühl. Das können MINI-Fahrer und -Enthusiasten in diesem Jahr am MINI Stand auf der IAA erleben. Wiedererkennung, weil man als Besucher im Jahr 2011 etwas sehen wird, dass man 2009 schon so sah. Und Freudegefühl, weil das, was man sah damals nur ein Konzeptfahrzeug und heute Serie ist.
Natürlich ist die Rede vom MINI Coupé. Das neuste Mitglied der MINI-Familie feiert in Halle 11 exakt dort seine Weltpremiere als Serienversion, wo vor zwei Jahren noch sein Concept-”Vater” stand.
Die Premise hinter dem Neuen: Maximale Fahrspaß mit dem legendären Gokart-Feeling.
Optisch: Gelungen. Und bevor man ab 01. Oktober 2011 selbst ins Lenkrad greifen und prüfen kann, ob dies auch auf der Straße gelungen ist, kann man auf der IAA schon einmal Probe-Schauen und -Sitzen …
